I design from my home in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. I have over 25 years experience in making and designing garments. My work includes traditional bridal wear, vintage and retro 50s style wedding dresses, mother of the bride, bridesmaid dresses, evening wear, day wear, dance costumes and Christening gowns. Having an outfit specially made just to fit you, with all of your design detail requirements, will be an exciting and relaxed process from start to finish. At our first consultation, we can discuss styles, fabrics and design details. I have a selection of pattern books and fabric samples for you to browse through. You can also bring with you any images or drawings that you may have, even a much loved dress or outfit. My clients are also welcome to provide their own fabrics and patterns. I ALSO OFFER AN ALTERATION SERVICE Very few of us are a perfect size, some are too tall, some are too short, some have a little too much hip, some a little too much bust, and some have too little or too much of everything. This means we often settle for something that isn't quite right. A quick and easy alteration will make that off the peg item fit you perfectly. I undertake all types of ladies clothing alterations, zip replacements, trouser shortening, narrowing shoulders, lifting shoulders. We also undertake men's trouser and jacket alterations.
